start up bar missing

My start up tool bar/menu is missing. How can I get it back?

Run malewarebyte Antimaleware

If you still have trouble post a hijack log if a forum for hijack logs.
Be careful with this. Let others decide what you should remove.

I guess I could have given you more information. Press
CTRL Key - Alt Key and Delete at the same time.

Click Browse - Find and open your Internet Service.

Later Run Error Checking.
1. Error Checking- No CD Required.
my computer - right click local disk (C) - properties -
Tools Tab -
Error checking section - Check now - check mark both boxes - Start -
This requires a restart to begin.
