i have a problem in my hard disk i want use
chkdsk command meanwhile i have also lost my
operating system what i do .please guide me .
Google recovery console You boot via the bios cd boot your xp cd. You go into recovery console to run chkdsk /p
Boot the computer into safe mode by holding down the F8 key when you power it up. When you get to the boot menu, select Safe Mode with Command Prompt. At the command prompt, type this: CHKDSK /R
Press <Enter>
This will run a check on your disk and attempt to repair any file-system errors.
If he lost the OS there is no safe mode.
