It looks like the file was removed, probably because it is a possible virus, but the startup entry is still there (hence the 'missing file' reference).

The easiest thing to do is install CCleaner and then under the 'tools/startup' section look for the reference to 'cdvmvo' and delete it. You can do the same using MSCONFIG but it isn't as tidy.

Is your XP 32 or 64 bit?

Did you download the right version of systemlook?
