Well first step would be get some sort of AV scanning on there. If you are having issues downloading an EXE I would recommend SuperantiSpyware portable edition (No installer required). Also check your Event viewer and see if there are any suspicious entries (Critical or Error) You can access event viewer by r-clicking on "My Computer" and selecting Manage. Let us know.

Did you reboot to see if that would correct things?

Well, Tried to do the anti-virus that poster #1 said, downloaded and everything, but some reason, still will not run...I'm seeing a couple of things in my Task manager that is popping up stuff like tvcmorawow.exe but nothing will correspond with that in search...also a random file i cannot delete is Y8Y8.file keeps saying that it is in use...Restarting nothing, having to keep running Explorer.exe to get my screen to pop up....also...not letting me do the manage thing..
