Shell32.dll not found

July 28, 2010 at 13:52:36
Specs: Windows XP
I turned on my computer this morning and right before it got to the screen where I enter my password, a winlogon.exe message popped up saying that "this application has failed to start because SHELL32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem" Well... I click ok and another thing pops up saying "The Logon User Interface DLL msgina.dll failed to load". All it lets me do is click restart and when I do, it just starts all over again. Could anyone help please?
