Script to change specific value ofIP Address

Specs: Windows XP
I want to replace specific variable in my local network for my 160 user with only one script.
current ip address is 202.41.76.1 to 160
want to change only first 202.41.76 from ip address & last must be remain same.
for single user i can make specific .bat file. but i want single script which can use for my 160 user

I know that but baisicaly i m from network tem & My company require this program, I tried to do it but i don't know how to fatch variable from text file & delete them & copy else variable in original file.

vishallumbhani, it's been quite a few years since I did any programming, but used to be that you'd read the value of the variable each time and compare the current value with the desired value and change if needed, then rewrite the variable. Then on to the next and do it again, etc.
