saving pdf files issues

Specs: Windows XP
Until yesterday I had no problems. I save files with PDF to be able to email them to customers. All of a sudden, it showed that the PDF was not responding while in the middle of saving a file and then it stopped working all together. I have restarted and completely shut down my computer with no success. It shows on my computer that it is printing but my file never shows up on my computer so that I can save it. What can cause this and how can I fix it?

Try a restore point to a few days ago and see if that works. Otherwise it be that you need to un-install acrobat and re-install it or clear printer que. I'd do restore first then clear que then try the uninstall.

Why did it take me over a year to phone in a problem to ATT?
