Why do you want to remove those files?

net framework files are not usually installed unless they are needed. Net framework versions are not cumulative. That means if a program or device you have requires a certain version then you need to have that version installed. It is possible to need all the various versions and updates for net framework. I suggest you leave them alone.

The service packs have nothing to do with the net framework versions other than they might be bundled with the update.
