rundll32.exe - ordinal not found internet exp

Specs: Windows XP Home, AMD 1gb
Internet Explorer 7 will not load on an XP Home machine, running SP3

A shortcut is created on the desktop

When right clicked the original IE7 logo creates the following message, with the header

"rundll32.exe - ordinal not found"

The ordinal 120 could not be located in the dynamic link library file iertutil.dll

I think you should check this - rundll32.exe. You'll find how to fix this error with rundll32.
