Computer will not restart after running system recovery. Goes to "NTLDR Press Ctrl+Alt+Del To Restart" . After doing this computer sounds like it is going to restart than goes back to "NTLDR Press...." Will not go any farther than this point. Any help is appreciated!
Or if your Windows is preinstalled, use the OEM restoration CD. If you have used System Recovery (? Windows System restore) to fix "NTLDR is missing or corrupted" error, it doesn't work this way. NTLDR are never included in Windows System Restore points. i_Xp/Vista/W7User
Excellent point XpUser! A lot of people are under the impression that a Windows 'System Restore' can restore all their files. It actually only restores a handful of critical system files. The three most important things in computing:
1. Backups, 2. Backups and 3. Backups.
