replaced power source on hp a330n

Hewlett-packard Pavilion a330n desktop

Specs: Windows Vista
I replaced power source on my hp pavilion a330n and now it tells me to reboot and select proper boot devise. Am I going to lose everything I had saved on this computer just over the power source?

basic input/output system (BIOS) It is the first thing to start before windows,

To get to the BIOS. As your pc boots up, there will be a message to hit DEL key (possibly another) this opens the BIOS & you can check the boot devices. using the arrow & tabs keys on your keyboard.

But if you don't know this, do not try it. Get help from someone who knows what they are doing.

A thank you would be nice, if I have helped.

You need to check the connections to the hard drive. There will be a power, which you would have reconnected when you replaced the psu, plus another.

A thank you would be nice, if I have helped.
