Replace carriage returns in all text files

Specs: Windows Vista
Hello I have a folder containing randomly named text files. I would like replace carriage returns in all the text files with
.

I was thinking about dos command line "find /f" but then again I don't really know the names of the files to target them.

I appreciate your help.

You need to clarify.

In windows the 'line breaks' are a CRLF pair [0d0a hex].

Are you trying to convert unix files to windows style? or what?
