After each boot up there are two error messages regarding the rundll application:

I'm just passing by and can't stop. While you are awating a reply, put each file name in turn in Google. I only tried the first one and there were lots of hits.

Great. If you get a chance to pop back and briefly explain what you did it might be useful to others. Thx.

Searched Google for ' framedyn.dll missing ' and choose the link "Application has failed to start because framedyn.dll was not ..." from support.microsoft.com/kb/319114. Their comment was "The Path environment variable does in Windows does not point to the %SYSTEMROOT%\System32\Wbem folder." I checked my Path value as follows: clicked START - Right clicked on MY COMPUTER - clicked on PROPERTIES - clicked on ADVANCED tab in SYSTEM PROPERTIES window - clicked 'ENVIRONMENT VARIABLES' tab under 'Startup and Recovery' section - clicked on 'PATH' to select it, under 'System variables' section - clicked 'EDIT’ - clicked at the beginning in the 'Variable value' dialog and entered '%SystemRoot%\system32\Wbem;' - clicked OK - clicked OK - lastly clicked OK to close the System Properties window. Then restarted the PC to check if it worked.
Hope this works for you.
