Go to the system unit's website and search for what you need.

The Media Center edition was never released as a standalone disk, it only came pre-installed on machines, and they were system-specific so you cannot use (for example) a Dell XPMC recovery disk on a Toshiba. As Sci-Guy says, try running the recovery disk again - when they were created by your system the process would have checked they were complete so, unless they've got damaged they should reinstall with no problems. Do you get any error massages after the format process?

If they have recovery disks for your model, you'll have to buy them from Toshiba. There's no such thing as a free download of a recovery disk because it contains the operating system. You can download the drivers for the machine if that's what you need. Do you still have an operating system on the machine?

What does toshiba support say?

1/3 of highway deaths are caused by drunks. The rest are by people who can't drive any better than a drunk.
