Problems reinstalling IncrediMail 2

Specs: Windows XP
I deleted my incredimail 2 , by error cannot install back , file was blocked because it does not have a valid digital signature that verify publisher,
and under its mark name of signature VeriSign Time.

Windows itself doesn't prevent you from using such files - it may pop up a message that states what the problem is but you can still choose to install it - but third party software you have installed such as a software firewall or an anti-malware program (e.g. AdAware, Spybot; the paid or trial version of AVG 2011 has a built in software firewall) may prevent you from installing it until you go into the program's configuration and allow that file to NOT be blocked..

You need to describe the exact message you're getting from what program, as in, the title of the box (window) that pops up usually tells you something about which program it is that's generating the message, and the message text in the box.
You may have already told us the latter but you haven't told us the former.
