This might be caused by a BIOS setting.
Enter the BIOS and check the controller setting for AHCI.
If it is set to AHCI, try to change it to IDE, save settings and try booting from Ghost CD. Then run ghost.exe again.

Cd bad, cd reader bad, memory bad, ide controller bad, bad cable to cd, bad motherboard,

You will have to start testing.

Try that cd in another computer.

Earlier versions of Ghost don't work with SATA hard drives. Could that be your problem?
