Can u see 100MB partition in disk management?
Get SP3 from ms website.

✔ Best Answer
Completely wipe the HDD & start over. Delete ALL partitions, then create at least 2 new ones - one for XP, one for data storage - format using NTFS.

Here's where you can download SP3:

I was about to suggest the same thing as riider. Win7 create the 100MB partition i don't know what is wrong with your XP copy.
