Pop-Up 'FIND' Outlook-Express. How to get rid of this?

Specs: Windows 64
Hi:
Every time I open Outlook-Express 6/XP and trying to read e-mails, Pop-Up ... 'Find' popping up in the middle of the screen. After I click it to go away, 'Message' a large rectangular box popping-up asking whether I need to find specific e-mail.

I do not need 'FIND' for reading any specific e-mail and I easily find the e-mail I want to read and respond. Because, there are only 5 - 6 new e-mails to read on daily basis.

It appears to me 'Pop-Up' virus or similar malicious tactic to find my e-mail activities.

Only way I can get rid of this, 'Pop-Up' in the outlook express 6 is to 'uninstall' and 're-install' Outlook Express? If that's to be necessary, how to 'uninstall and re-install' Outlook Express 6?

Thanks for any help on this, the above in advance.
