That's because the EN-NJ65 didn't ship with XP, therefore Packbell doesn't support it. You apparently downgraded the OS from either Vista or Win7. The only thing you can do is identify the individual devices which require drivers (chipset, video, sound, network, etc), then see if you can find XP compatible drivers.
In the article below, it states "Packard Bell has used the Intel GS45 Express chipset and Intel GMA 4500MHD to handle graphics processings smoothly." By knowing that, you can go to the Intel website & download the chipset & graphics drivers.
It's gonna take some digging on your part to find the others.
