Specs: Windows XP
Do I have to add to memory at any time. Is there a part that is too low eventually? The other day, it was total Physical Memory 512 MB and 32.82 MB Available.
Now, today it is the same Physical Memory but just 14.88 MB Available Physical Memory. So my question is, do you have to get more? Is there a running out point?

This is normal behaviour. Available memory will vary all the time dpending on what processes are running and whar processas have been running since you last re-booted. Re-boot and the chances are you will get a completley diffrent number.

Providing virtual memory is configured correctly, and with XP that means system managed, the chances of running out of memory with 512 Mbs are slim unless to do a lot of video editing with huge video files.
