Windows Update ?

Maybe download HWINFO32 from http://www.hwinfo.com and that will tell you who the manufacturer of the device is, because

"Manufacturer/Model: Ati Radeon all in wonder pci 32mb ntsc" does not convey much about your PC/Laptop

pci simple communication controller as in MODEM has a generic driver. You would find this in your I386 folder on the drive, OEM cd, OEM web site for that mainboard, or the XP cd.

why would you think you need to pay for the driver?

if you aren't doing dialup then disable it in device manager and move on.

Drivers are always free. But you have to know the make/model of the hardware to be able to locate & download the correct ones.

Use help and support pages for system information. There are a few pages that will tell you more about the item.

If worse comes to worse you can use system hardware and find device by vendor and device id numbers.

Then go to the vendor and get the driver.
