PC is getting restart again and again

Specs: Windows XP, intel p4 / 2 gb
My computer is getting restart several times after switched on my computer. let me know what should i do to re solve this problem.

Try in the Bios, disabling WOL (Wake on Lan)

Most modern ATX motherboards should have a 3-pin Wake-on-LAN connector near the PCI slots and should included BIOS support for Wake-on-LAN power up. If you have an Award BIOS check the Power Management Setup for this option.

Access the Recovery Console and extract a new copy of the Kernel32.dll file from the original WinXP CD

1. Start recovery console as described above
2. Insert the WinXP CD
3. At the command prompt, type CD system32, press ENTER
4. Type ren kernel32.dll kernel32.old, press ENTER
5. Type map, press ENTER
6. Go to the drive that contains your CD
7. Type expand drive\i386\kernel32.dl_, press ENTER; Kernel32.dll should be listed as 1 file expanded
8. Type exit, the computer restarts
9. Remove the WinXP CD

hi, my external usb 3.5'' drive shows only 1kb file into GB or MB when i connect my laptop or desktop.and after formate again it recreat 1kb file.
