Try to press ESC to see, whether there is an error message on screen.
Or go into the BIOS setting and disable the Full Screen Logo to see, on what happens on the diagnostic screen.

Pressing Esc doesn't change anything, DEL the same. So, I couldn't go to BIOS.

Could also be F2, check the manual for the correct key to enter the BIOS.

Did you do anything recently that might have caused this to happen ? You could try resetting the bios by removing the CMOS battery, waiting about 30 seconds, and then putting it back in.

Thank you. That's exactly what I did. And it works. I still don't know what was the cause, but it doesn't matter now. Thanks again to Paulsep too.

I suggest you permanently disable the LOGO so you can see what is happening during the POST.

If you didn't already do so, you need to enter the BIOS screens and reset the date, time, boot order, disable unused integrated hardware, etc.

That's good idea too. I reset everything, but the logo. I will do it right now. Thanks again to everyone.
