PATH Statement Being Mysteriously Modified

Specs: Windows XP
My Windows Path statement is getting doubled from what I have it set in the system environment variable. The path statement is set at %SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem, but if I opent a CMD prompt window and type the PATH statement the response is PATH=C:\WINDOWS;C:\WINDOWS\system32;C:\WINDOWS\System32\Wbem;C:\WINDOWS;C:\WINDOWS\system32;C:\WINDOWS\System32\Wbem;C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\AUTODE~1. I can't find anywhere that this modification is being made. I'm running Windows XP SP2.

My guess is it's being made when you run AutoDesk.

Hmmmmm. . . . My guess is the situation was created when one of the Autodesk applications was installed. But I see this on boot up before I run other applcations.
