Specs: Windows XP
I have text string that I need to type many times a day. Is there a way (keyboard shortcut or something along those lines) that would allow me to paste that string with just a few key strokes.

For example, I have a string "little lord fauntleroy" that I need to type over and over again throughout my day. Is there a way to create a keyboard shortcut so that when I press CTRL+ALT+L it pastes that string?

Windows XP Pro, SP2
