Hello all, My "favorites" links (some not all) have become nonfunctional. I downloaded ZoneAlarm Extreme yesterday and that is when the problem began. I have Googled and searched here, but can't come up with a fix. I am using Windows XP and IE8.
I tried to resave them but no use.
I would like to continue using IE however.

Then I have outlook express that closes everytime I try to reply to an email. I have scanned the computer and formated it in case of virus.

Are you sure you have formatted it your computer?

"I have scanned the computer and formated it in case of virus"

In other words, you completely wiped the hard drive & started from scratch? Clean reinstall of WinXP, all the device drivers, Service Pack, IE8, Windows Updates, & your programs? If not, you did NOT format your drive.

Yes! That's what I did. I know what format means.

"I know what format means"

You'd be surprised at the number of people who don't know what it means.

Personally, I won't install IE8 on an XP system. And there are better choices than ZoneAlarm...Comodo for example:

I would greatly appreciate if you can help me out with the problem.
