I recently tried to send an e-mail from a website (customer service) and got an error message that I couldn't--so I went to my e-mail and copied the address into that--the blue rectangular box with Out of Range printed in white appeared--the e-mail I sent appears in the sent box, but I'm not at all sure it was actually sent--and the Out of Range box continues to stay on every screen while I'm online. Are you using a wireless internet connection? If so, you may need to reposition the router or something. If you can still connect and browse then you should be good to go as far as the email is concerned.
Thanks for your reply--I'm not using a wireless internet connection--but when I turned off the computer and just turned it back on, the message was gone!! thanks again--I'm not computer literate enough for all this irregular stuff that pops up occasionally!! BB
