Hi everyone. I was wondering if anyone here has experience using the Wondershare TimeFreeze Free software? The reason I am asking is that my wife has picked up 2 viruses in a month just surfing the web, and to tell you the truth, I am getting tired of cleaning up her messes. I have all the antivirus/antimalware software I need, and updated, and they still seem to get through(Avast/Spywareblaster/Malwarebytes/SuperAntispyware/Spybot S&D. This software looks to be something she could use just when she is surfing to eliminate the chances of getting infected. Supposedly you can just use it when surfing, and anything that happens to your machine, or changes that are made(with out your knowledge) will not be permanent, and upon reboot the system and folders will be returned to normal. Any thoughts, opinions will be appreciated, thanks for your time.

I don't know it but in general conception it seems rather like Sandboxie:

Sandboxie used to be free - seems like those days are over (wonder if I still have the old download LOL).

What I have done with my kid's is put an image of the partition on the another so when there is a problem I just boot off of Hiren's boot disk and reload the image. It only takes about 10 min and everything is good again.

Thanks for the replies guys, I downloaded the program, and from what I can tell, I think I like it. It is pretty self explanatory, and I like the part of the software where to save something to the hd permanently when you have the software set to protect, you just turn the programs safety off, then turn it back on, and your changes to the hd are saved.
