|Firstly, I know nothing of this error or the product you mentioned. However, I did some googling and your exact situation seems to have applied to various programs from quite different sources. Not much around about fixes.|
It would seem that the best bet is to uninstall Print Shop, restart the computer then try another re-install. If it was downloaded then get another download if possible - could be precluded if it is something you paid for though.
Finally contact Bronderbund because you might not be the only one who has run into this issue with Print Shop on XP. They may even have a technical forum.
If you just want to get rid of the product then uninstall it and do a System Restore to a date before you put it on.
Keep an idea on this thread too in case anyone has some better ideas.
