Specs: Windows XP
When notebook powers up, nothing appears past bios options screen. Diagnostic in bios fails and cant't access safe mode as won't progress that far

This could be occur due to corruption of following:
1) Master boot record
2) Partition tables
3) Boot sector
4) NTLDR file

To solve the above problem use the Stellar Windows data recovery software, this software is helpful when boot sector is corrupted, mbr corrupted of you hard drive
