Go to your control panel, go to internet options, click on the advanced tab, now at the bottom click on reset. Click the check box and reset.

Hi Gretti

Thank you for your kind help. I've done as you've suggested. However, there is no reset button or box or tab on my advanced window, but there is a Restore Default tab at the bottom just outside the advanced window. Is this the same thing?

Best regards

Raymond

Hi XpUser4Real

Thank you for your kind help. The Help website you sent me is terrific. I'll go through each item. I'll let you know how I get on. This will take me some time because I'm a computer novice. Is the website your creation?

Best regards

Raymond
