Not enough memory to perform version check

Specs: Windows XP, 1Gb
I receive the message "not enough memory to perform version check" ever when I try to check for new versions of my router software. I have a 54 Mbps wireless router Netgear model WDS614 v7 en work under Windows XP home edition.

Thank you for your reply. The link you sent redirects to the search page on Google with 38500 hits... "http://www.google.com.au/search?hl=en&source=hp&biw=800&bih=436&q=not+enough+memory+to+perform+version+check+netgear&aq=1&aqi=g2&aql=&oq=" but I consulted the first 10 without any positive result.

Yep, try changing the keywords, it will be there or at least a clue to help you. I doubt very much if you are the first person in the world to have this problem.
