|Haylibug, my guess is that upon boot up, the company had a certain bit of software load/run. When things got wiped, the file went away, but it's still referenced in the start up menu. The file's gone, hence the error. Not too sure what to recommend, but that's my guess.|
Possible you could load Linux (can be done without making it permanent) and edit the start up menu? Sorry, I can't guide you, but perhaps someone can? FWIW, find a list of 'musts' for the start menu @:
