I checked out the site listed in the linked thread,
it's a large site and a I did a quick search but
did NOT find the file.
It may be there, but I could not find it.

Here is another site that may help:

I have never used this site, so be very careful,
there is an .EXE file called 1st dialer 13
it may be what your looking for.

Thank you beachyhbt and mmcconaghy. I never expected to receive a reply!

That link for 1st dialer 13 is junk. "Not a valid win32 application."

There are hundreds (thousands?) of sites like Brothersoft. All their downloads
are malware. It's extremely puzzling how these awful sites stay in business.

There are experts who know how to find obscure files using FTP search engines.
Unfortunately, I'm not one of them.

Apparently that group makes a lot of dialer-related software:

If you scroll down you'll find '1st dialer 1.0'

If you follow those links it shows a download for but the page itself ends with what looks like a fake malware warning and I couldn't get it to download anything. You might want to play with it for awhile and see if you can get it to download.

This is supposed to be the direct link for the download:

but again it doesn't seem to go anywhere.

I think the neurobridge site is no longer associated with that software and that's why the links seem dead. Here's another download site:

but you have to sign up before they let you download it.

I ran into some of the same issues with malware sites. Why do you need THAT particular dialer?
