Need to Completely remove Inprivate browsing

Specs: Windows XP
I have done all of the suggestions i have found posted and none work..regedit..did not work..the value is set at zero and I still have the inprivate browsing option when I open a new tab. I HAVE to get rid of this so kids can use computer

Give this a try from response #6.

Edit: Here is another post that also addresses your question.
Take note of Derek response #9 on folder option setting that you must change.

I just gave it a try myself. Inprivate browsing is now grayed out.
