You never got a solution because you did not post any information outlining your problem. Your membership history ( all 1 day of it) comprises an initial post completely lacking any detailed information and then this unwarranted rant.

There are people here who are very willing to help you but you need to know a couple of important things.

Firstly, the more detail you provide about your system and the symptoms of your problem, the more likely you will get appropriate advice,
and secondly, the people who provide the answers here are volunteers. No-one gets paid nor are you even asked to make any donation to support the website, so whining about the lack of suitable answers or complaining about the "lack of service" will only get you the answer so succinctly put by THX 1138 above.

You only get the right to complain if you go somewhere you have to pay for the service. So. Help us to help you. Provide full information about your system and the symptoms of your problem. I cannot speak for any-one else but can assure you I don't have crystal balls ( or other psychic powers of intuition )
