HELLO ,
MYSELF HITESH OGANIA WANT TO ASK YOU THAT MY PC RESTARTS AGAIN AND AGAIN. IS IT SOME OPERATING SYSTEM PROBLEM OR SOME HARDWARE PROBLEM.I HAD RECENTLY CHANGED THE FAN THAT SWITCHED ON THE PROCESSOR OF DIFFERENT VOLTAGE. THE FAN EARLIER ATTACHED ON THE WAS OF 12V AND THE RECENT ONE IS OF 45V. AS I START MY PC IT STARTS RESTARTING AGAIN AND AGAIN. PLEASE HELP ME... THANK YOU.

First of all typing in all caps is shouting and therefore is rude.

If I understand your issue you replace the CPU fan with a 45V version and now your computer won't stay on?

You need to replace the original fan with a fan that uses the same voltage, rotates the same direction and RPM.

All modern computers can sense that the CPU fan is not turning fast enough and will shut down to protect the CPU.

The replacement fan is 45V. That isn't going to turn very fast on 12V, if at all. The board is shutting down due to fan failure or overheating of the processor.

I don't understand why the OP thought a 45V fan would work.
