Have you tried a different port?

I have tried the other ports & none seem to be allowing the majority of my devices. One port allows me to charge my cellphone, but that's it.

Try pressing F8 immediately after you see the computer maker's logo. You should see a list of options. Choose "Safe Mode." Do the ports work in Safe Mode?

Hi lenn,

I am Makarand P from the Dell Social Media and Communities team.

With regards to your issue, did you make any hardware changes to the computer and when was the last time it worked. Any windows update after that? I would suggest you to update the chipset drivers of the motherboard of your computer by visiting the manufacturer's website.(like Intel or AMD). Updating it should enable or start the USB host controllers which in turn help USB ports detect devices.

Kindly revert for further clarifications.

Thanks and regards,
