when i connect my external dvd 556s it only indicates that there is an external hardware connected but the movie does not play even the games. my device manager indicates that configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)
Uninstall & reinstall.
i have done this before many times but this does not work. that's why i posted my problem here. but thanks for trying. if you have another option please let me know.
