Solved My display on windows XP is rotated 90° counterclockwise

Specs: Windows XP Prof SP2, ?
Need reset instructions to rotate display back 90 deg. clockwise. When shutting it down yesterday, somehow the wrong keys were hit instead of Cont. Alt. Del. making it go 90 deg. couterclockwise. Unable to fix after many attempts.

The 'standard' keys to rotate the screen are 'Ctrl', 'Alt' and the cursor key(s) pressed together but this doesn't work on all machines, it's often controlled within the graphics software. However as you were trying to hit Ctrl, Alt & Del at the time it should hopefully work for you.

I believe it's Ctrl+Alt+Up arrow

And why are you still running SP2? SP3 has been available for about 6 years. Without SP3, you're missing a bunch of other updates as well. It's time to play catch-up.

Rather than using Ctrl-Alt-Del to shutdown you could make a desktop shutdown icon which will shut down by just a double click of the mouse:

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
