My computer will not access restore.

Specs: Windows XP
I t hink I may have done something that caused this on security warning for banking on line security software called Rapport by Trusteer. When I tried to enter on line banking I got a screen that said site was not "trusted" and would I "allow or dis-allow" I clicked "dis-allow" not I can not get system restore to run and I cant enter my online banking and I cant uninstall the Rapport software because it says it's on some type "server" The only think I can do is get on the web...How can I get restore to run? I am running Windows XP and IE ver 8

Join the club of those who detest Rapport - do a search on this site and many more & you'll see what I mean.

You can start off by contacting Trusteer support and telling them of your problem - if nothing else you can tell them how useless their software can be. Unfortunately it does have a habit of screwing up systems and a reinstall is often the best method in the long-run, plus don't install it again.... - sorry to be so negative about Rapport, but it has caused me no end of grief in the past.
