My computer shut itself down cant load back.

Specs: Windows XP Service Pack 3 32 Bit, 2.8 Dualcore AMD. 2gb ram
Basically i was in the middle of a game of left 4 dead 2 and my computer shut down instantly on its own, i turned it back on and checked the cpu temperature in the BIOS, and it was only about 50c.

as i try to load the computer back up it comes up to a point where it says scanning devices. and shows something called "1+ 0 JBOD it says its functional, with the ID of 1 at the left of it, and underneath with the ID of 4 it shows my CD drive which flashes, and underneath it says press CTRL + F to enter Fastbuild utility (i cant do anything on this utility) after this is goes to start windows normally + all that stuff, and my keyboard stops working here it gets to 0, the computer restarts and the whole thing again and so on...

tried unplugging my CD drive that gets rid of my CD drive showing on the scan but the same situation is repeated.

any ideas on how to fix this? i NEED my computer.

is your computer set up as a mirror or raid system....that is the" fast build" reference, asking if you wish to rebuild a mirror or an array. Sounds like raid 1+0, test the ram and the hard drives. How many hard drives are in it?
