,my computer keeps rebooting no restart disk

Specs: Windows Vista
ze5300 and i am running windows xp pro and it keeps rebooting itself i do not know if its a hard ware problem are a software problem but i did not install any new software are hard ware and i do not have the restart disk what do i do at this point

We need more detailed info. Are you able to boot into Windows & then it restarts? or are you unable to get into Windows at all? When's the last time you blew the dust out of the cooling vents?

um it does not go to windows it keeps loading the windows xp banner then it shows a blue screen and thats it but i did not blow the cooling fans

no every time i try to boot in safe mode it restarts i tried safe mode with networking and i tried last known good configerations but i have not tried f8 oh yeah some guy said he can fix the problem for 40 dollars but i want to try and fix it myself so i can learn more just in case it happens agian and thank you for you help so far i am really thankfull for your assinstance so far.please help
