my computer keeps freezing no matter what

Specs: Windows XP
my computer won't stop freezing no matter what i do. I have tried registry cleaners, i have tried uninstalling everything that might have caused it. It started constantly freezing out of the blue. I have Norton AntiVirus and there are no viruses. I don't know what to do. It will freeze at random times, and sometimes won't freeze at all. When it freezes, i have to hold the power button for five seconds to shut it off, then reboot. When I have music on and it freezes, i hear the last sound repetitively. I can't figure out whats wrong or what happened, should i just reformat my hardrive? This is ridiculous, i started counting how many times it freezes in one week. 23 times is the record! I have boost speed, Ccleaner, Registry life and Speccy, everything says my computer is fine. Sometimes, i'll install a program and it will say the 313 is missing from the .dll. I tried to fix it, but nothing worked. I dunno whats wrong with this thing, someone help!

It could be overheating. Try running SPEEDFAN on it and report back...

Tell us what your CPU temps are. Also run the following command...

tasklist > Runningtasks.txt

and post the results in the Runningtasks.txt file.
