Problem: 10 users need to have access to the same email box. They each will send from that email account. Is this possible - and how can this be done
Perhaps all use the same logon/passord to/for that account only?
What software are you using to manage email accounts?
Been doing a look-see/trawl about this - as obviously others have dun it.. And where I work (broadcast tv) a large number individuals access a common specific Outlook account to read viewers comments etc... Users can logon to this one account and access etc. fully; and more than one user at a time too...
They may logon to a workstation via a generic logon etc. (with limited privileges) or via their personal logon account etc. If the former there is an icon for auto-connect to common accessed Outlook; if the latter then they logon to that account (for convenience) via a designated shortcut; or can go "a long way round" over the local lan to same end....
These are just two of the hits out there about your posped situation...
(google trawl using the string: multiple users one Outlook account)

The second link discusses the method I "think" we use... via Exchange server etc...
