I have MS Windows XP professional version 2002 service pack 3. In MS Word, I try to use the insert tab and in Pictures use the Chart option. I get a Windows installer error 1601.
wondering if anyone could help. I have tried going to run and typing the CMD and all the next steps. It doesn't help.I hope someone could help.
