Another helper will help you with your problem but be aware that private (email) correspondence) is not entered into. This is a public forum and the advice given here may also help someone else with a similar problem.

You should also NEVER post your email address on a public forum unless you don't mind a ton of spam. Use the edit function above your post to remove it.

Are you running Outlook in stand-alone, or are you connecting to an Exchange Server?

I believe Outlook has a 2.5 GB limit on its PST file. You may have exceeded that limit. Try archiving some old emails off.

If you are using Exchange then this error should not be possible unless you are running out of room on your server. It could be that your ISP only allows a certain amount of space for emails. If so use the suggestion I just gave you.

If the pst file was created pre-Outlook 2003, then there is a 2 Gig limit on the pst file.

You didn't answer my original question. Are you running stand-alone or through Exchange?

jenifer, i'm not running through exchange server, i pull my mails directly from my web-mail through MS-OUTLOOK to my computer which is the same method i adopted for every other user on the network.

thanks

So you're running stand-alone, but on a work network? Where is the pst file located?
