Solved Missed Scheduled Task to start after shutdown

July 12, 2012 at 04:20:21
Specs: Windows XP
Hi,

I have configured a "scheduled task" for " disk clean up" to run every day at 11 AM.

If the machine is OFF at 11 AM and when I start the machine ( let us say at 1PM ), the "schedule task" fails to start missed one.

How do I change the settings to start the missed task after turning on the computer.

Thanks,
Frinto

Change it to a time when you usually use the computer. I have my AV set to read at 12.00 midday because I KNOW that I am always on the computer at that time.

✔ Best Answer
Unhappily no. The PC will used the saved data and has no way of switching to an alternative time.
