while on e-bay I put in my infor then click to download pictures and a small box appears reading 'message from web page--object undefined
Some ebay sites you cannot download the advertisement pictures. ie They have put a block on this from users like you :) Why do you want to download pictures from eBay anyway?
Just go to Google Pictures and locate what you want http://images.google.com
