merge multiple text file by using batch

Specs: Windows XP
i want to merge multiple(2 or more) text file(.txt) into 1.
what i want the is like tis:

"example1.txt" content:
hello, who is that?

"example2.txt" content:
I m john.

n i just want the result of "result.txt"is:
>>>hello, who is that?
>>>
>>>I m john.
